I´m having a really hard time defining my expectations for this one. Obviously I hope for the best, but at the same time, I find it hard not to fear the worst. I don´t think we´re gonna get ripped up like Brøndby i ´98, our defensive organisation ought to be to well prepared for that (knock on wood), but a two og three goal defeat seems well within the realm of possibility.

And even in my most naïv moment of unbrideled optimism, I cannot see us getting more than a draw on tuesday, the main reason for that being that earning a point at Old Trafford will probably require at least one goal. And scoring goal in the Champions League hasn´t ecxactly represented our shining hour up until now...

All things aside, I´m looking forward to the game like a 8 year old awaiting christmas eve, cuz in the end, unless we go completely down in flames, the match on tuesday will, (almost) no matter the result, stand as one of the biggest this far in the relatively short history of our club. And I´m going to be right there, in the Theatre of Dreams, taking it in first hand.

To conclude, may I be so bold as to quote a good Manchester lad who should be rooting for us on tuesday:

I'm happy because ESPN is showing this in Australia LIVE. Only bad thing about this is that kick off is 4:45am for me, but that's never stopped me getting up for teams that I don't support.

I take back all my previous complaints about ESPN, at least until they refuse to show FCK again.

Captain Tobias Linderoth was not amongst the players, when F.C. Copenhagen checked in at Copenhagen Airport this morning.



The swedish midfielder has stayed in Copenhagen to be near his heavily pregnant wife. However, it is still possible that he will be ready for the game at Tuesday night at Old Trafford.



Left back Oscar Wendt has had some problems with an ankle since the game in Randers at Saturday, but he was on the plane heading for Manchester.
